Question: How much does the retreat cost?
 

Answer:

The retreat cost depends on whether you'll be staying overnight at our retreat location (The Helix Retreat) or attending as a local participant (workshop only).
 

For Overnight Participants:

  • Accommodation: You'll choose your individual room at The Helix Retreat. Options and pricing will be provided upon registration.

  • Deposit: A $500 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your chosen accommodation.

  • Total Cost: The total cost includes your accommodation, workshop participation, and meals throughout your stay. It does not include airfare to San Diego or transportation to the retreat location.
     

For Local Participants (Workshop Only):

  • Workshop Fee: $600 USD. This includes:

    • Workshop participation on the main retreat days (excluding arrival and departure days).

    • Lunch each day.

  • Exclusions: The fee does not include transportation to the retreat location.


Important Notes:

  • The $500 deposit for overnight participants is non-refundable.

  • For local participants, the full $600 workshop fee is required to secure your spot.


Question: What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your retreat reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
 
  • Refunds: Because deposits are used to secure the retreat location and accommodations, they are refundable only if we can fill your spot from our waitlist.

    Cancellation Timing: The earlier you cancel, the greater the chance we can fill your spot and issue a refund.

Question: Why does the Advanced Drone Retreat for Locals begin on July 18th instead of July 17th?

Retreat Dates

The core retreat activities will take place from July 18th to 20th. Please note that July 17th and 21st are reserved for arrivals and departures for attendees staying at the Airbnb.
